NATIONAL STATIONERY SHOW TO HOST LAUNCH OF USPS BUTTERFLY STAMP FOR GREETING CARD INDUSTRY

WHITE PLAINS, NY, March 3, 2010…The National Stationery Show® (NSS) will host the official announcement and unveiling of the U.S. Postal Service® Butterfly stamp, a 64-cent, 1-ounce postage stamp developed in close collaboration with the Greeting Card Association (GCA) to serve the needs of greeting card manufacturers and their customers utilizing square or irregular shaped envelopes. The announcement will take place at 9:30 am on Monday, May 17, 2010, in the South Concourse of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, during the May 16-19 National Stationery Show.

PEDRO MANDOKI NAMED CHAIRMAN OF 2010 IH/M&RS BOARD

Hotel Group, Inc. and Mandoki Hospitality (Gulf Shores, AL), has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2010 International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show® (IH/M&RS). A former chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) and 40-year hotel and resort industry veteran, Mandoki will lead efforts for the 95th annual IH/M&RS, taking place November 13-16, 2010, at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. In addition, Turf Hotels President Michael C. Hoffman has been appointed to the nine-member Board of Directors.
